PHYSICAL:
Though Loki is primarily a sorcerer, he is a very skilled physical fighter. He's shown to be incredibly comfortable with knives, darts, and magical bolts, as well as fighting with a spear (and, as such, would be as such with a staff), fighting Thor to a standstill. The way he moves has elements of capoeira and wushu, and is fully capable of both defending himself and launching an offense with a dagger. With his knives, he is shown holding his own against Hela's army of the dead in Ragnarok, choosing to fight with one in each hand rather than summoning another weapon or using his magic.
In addition to that, he has reflexes beyond that of a human, capable of catching an arrow in midair without looking. He can also take a hit a lot better than most humans, having been tossed into and through various Very Hard surfaces--which seems to be an Asgardian (and/or Jotun) thing, since Thor is capable of it as well.
MAGICAL:
Loki's magical abilities are not particularly well-defined in the movies. He can clearly create and manipulate illusions, including environments and clones of himself. He can also make himself and others appear as though they're someone else--an actual change, since the voice changes as well as the body. In Ragnarok, it's shown that he can hold the change even when touched (while his illusions dissipate upon contact) and that he can summon his daggers with a simple gesture.
He appears to be able to see or travel through reflections, and may be able to create fog or shadow, or make himself nearly invisible. He's shown to be able to launch blasts/bolts of magic like throwing knives, can change wine to snakes, and probably other Things Into Other Things. He also knows how to travel between the Realms without using the Bifrost.
TL;DR: Mmmmmagic. I play really fast and loose with his magic abilities because MCU is super inconsistent about what he can do.
